Warranty

This covers any required parts and labour.

Terms and conditions of the warranty:

• Any repairs done by inHAYle during the warranty period will not then extend the warranty period
• The warranty becomes active from the date of delivery
• Proof of purchase must be provided
• If a part for your inHAYle hay steamer is no longer available, inHAYle will replace it with a similar functional part

Exceptions to the warranty:

• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage
• Sitting on your hay steamer causing the lid/lids to deform
• Attempted repairs not approved by inHAYle
• Not maintaining your inHAYle hay steamer as described in the user manual
• Failure to descale the steam generator
• Use of parts or accessories that are not approved by inHAYle
